Meaning of Order Status Terms

Order Processing - This means we have received your order and we are processing payment. If we need more information about your payment or your delivery address, we will contact you by email or phone. If we don't contact you, please do not be concerned.

Preparing - This means your order is being prepared for shipping. Orders are usually shipped within 2 buisness days. But it could take up to 3 buisness days to prepare an order for shipping, due to payment verification or item availability. Please note that preparing time for back orders varies. If you want to know more details about your order, Please contact our customer service team.

Shipped - This menas your order has been shipped using the delivery method you selected, and is now in transit with the carrier. A link to track delivery of your order will become available on My Order Status within 48 hours. You may also track your order by entering your tracking number above.

Canceled - This means your order has been canceled at your request or because a problem (reasons vary). Canceled orders cannot be reprocessed. If you would like to reorder, click here or contact our customer service team.

Emails About Your Order

We usually keep you informed about your order by email. We recommend that you check your email regularly when you place an order

Order Confirmation - Informs you that we have successfully received your order. and that it is being processed. This email contains information about your order

Order Shipped - Informs you that your order or part of your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery. This email contains tracking and delivery information for the shipped items. You may receive multiple Order Shipped emails if multiple items were shipped separetely.

Other Emails About Your Order - If there is a problem with your order, we will email you, so don't forget to check your email.
